Aaaaactually, although it isn't mostly that, "many critical race theorists and social scientists hold that racism is pervasive, systemic, and deeply ingrained. If we take this perspective, then no white member of society seems quite so innocent." (Critical Race Theory: An Introduction, 3rd ed., Delgado and Stephancic (2017), p. 91.)

To be fair, this quote is in the context of affirmative action so the innocence is nominally about the (non-)level playing field but by framing it as innocence (a morally loaded term) rather than advantage the inference is nonetheless made.
