Absolutely! Understanding how much attention is appropriate to give each voice is important to get a reasonable rather than distorted view of what is going on.
Also, it's important not to pre-judge too stringently. This is one of the core errors that leads to new black voices being ignored in corporate settings, and old white voices being ignored in DEI settings. It's the same mistake! An attitude of "give more time where you expect more insight" is good, and so too is, "hear deeply and consider seriously".
