AFAB and AMAB are totally unsuitable: they describe an administrative social process, not biology.

If someone intersex is assigned female at birth, they're still intersex, not "female". (Assuming that their development is sufficiently intermediate so that neither "male" nor "female" is an accurate descriptor.)
