And while all models or maps that you have qualify as subjective-to-you, a subset can be painted "objective", and it is those that you use to communicate with anyway. (The objective subset you communicate with can be used to communicate a subjective stance: "I like ice cream" is inherently a subjective statement, but the phrase objectively describes your subjective feeling by virtue of having words have fixed (i.e. objective, to within some bounds) meanings.)

I guess the issue I have is that you make it sound like this is some sort of big deal, rather than the standard state of affairs with everything (science or not) in the face of Descartes' demon. There's nothing special about science that lets you skirt the fundamental difficulty: it's just a procedure you can go through to apply objective-colored paint as best as possible to nontrivially shaped parts of reality.
