As a good first rule of thumb, if you don't think you hate something or someone, you probably don't.
However, it's much less easy to know whether your actions are such that it would be unreasonable of anyone to even presume that you could do them while internally feeling some measure of hatred.
It's of intermediate difficulty to ensure that you don't advance actions or goals that are motivated by hatred but are not transparently so, but still have negative consequences.
So there's a very big gulf between knowing about a lack of hatred, and being completely free from any stain of it or any perception of it.
