As terrible as the death and destruction in Gaza is, Israel is preposterously far from doing that. Israel always had the capability to cause far more death than it did, and the longer the "war" goes on, the more scrutiny Israel is under, so the less opportunity it would have to enact such a policy.

Israel has killed roughly 2% of the children in Gaza. How, exactly, do you expect it to kill the remaining 98%?

Unless you think the Israeli leadership so numerically clueless that they can't tell the difference between 2 and 100, your explanation seems like baseless fearmongering.

There's plenty of well-based fear to have. This isn't it.
