Aside: I have not infrequently had people change their minds after arguing with me. Usually not, and it isn't easy, but neither is it impossible.

(I don't particularly agree with the commenters criticism, incidentally, though they may have a point: the media you consume might not be the same as theirs, so you can be spreading awareness of what happened by doing this--I also hadn't seen it. Then again, a "please leave her, and all kids, out of this mess" is important and I think makes up for it.)
