Nothing in that article says that there isn't gender dysphoria. Indeed, in confirms multiple times that there is--all the doubts expressed are about whether it's a good idea to treat children, which isn't even what the original topic was about. It was about everyone 16+.
(It is well-written and provides some nice references on its topic, so thank you--but it doesn't really directly address the original issue!)
