You didn't say anything about his identity causing the injustice. You just said that he couldn't suffer injustice (unless it was perpetrated by someone else with as many classically-recognized privilege boxes ticked off).

Do you honestly not see the difference between the claims?

I mean, your second claim is wrong unless you set a very high bar for what counts as "injustice"--which is fine, as long as you apply it consistently to all groups.

And saying that "nobody cares" is just plain wrong, regardless of the bar, if the statement about caring about identity is going to have any content at all. Have you not noticed all the times people's statements are discarded because it's "whitesplaining" or "a man is telling you ___" or whatever? Some people care enough to find identity as more than adequate to dismiss any critique.

But your first claim directly excuses racial and religious hate crimes.
