But you clearly want to win the last-post-contest, and get in a belittling attack that I can't respond to without failing a dare. That doesn't work on me. I see what you're doing, and I don't feel like playing along with that. So I'm curious: where are you actually going to go with this? Battle of wills (or will vs curiosity--at this point I'm just wondering what you're going to do) until one of us gets our account suspended because we trip the automatic "too many posts" threshold?

You probably could have answered my original question in like five words. Why would you instead want to spend five posts not answering the question, trying to get in a last, demeaning word while winning an ego battle? Is it because you didn't actually spot a double standard, so you can't actually answer, but you wanted to support SC anyway and this is the only option left to you? Because you think it's best to respond to a request for clarification with snark, because heaven forbid that you answer a trolling question with a real answer--much, much better to err the other way and answer a real question with a trolling answer? Because verbal sparring is fun, and it seemed like a good opportunity?

You can outlast me. I'm very patient, but not infinitely patient. If you keep going, you will eventually "win".

I imagine that if you respond again, you'll make some other snide, unhelpful comment that tries to paint you in a good light and me in a bad one, so if you do I won't be surprised. But I wonder if I'm going to figure out what your motivations actually are. I wonder if you know yourself. I'll probably have to keep wondering.
