Did you know that CRT is not just a legal theory? There's an education variant too. Do you know who its founding author(s) is/are (who explicitly based it on the legal approach, and declared it to be "critical race theory")?

If not, I think you're just repeating what other people have said about CRT, and don't actually know the field.
