Did you note his conclusion: "The field of evolutionary psychology will have to do better."

As the Amazon summary of Buller's book Adapting Minds says, "This does not mean that we cannot apply evolutionary theory to human psychology, says Buller, but that the conventional wisdom in evolutionary psychology is misguided."

This supports exactly my criticism of your claim.
