Equal rights, no, but there's no particular reason to believe that they'd stop educating women. The Palestinians, including Hamas, are from the Ottoman tradition where education of women was permitted and encouraged; and their primary ally is Iran, where education of women has historically and is presently encouraged.

If Palestinian Islamic Jihad were to gain control instead of Hamas, then one might have more cause for concern; they tend to be more regressive.

All the other points seem fair, but this one is doubtful.
