For instance, "generally as a whole you're a hostile person" strongly implies that you know her emotional state (i.e. an internal feeling of hostility).

If you want to avoid the implication, you have to be more explicit, e.g. "Your posts frequently come across as very hostile".

Otherwise your reader assumes the standard model of "hostile person" which includes the hostile person feeling hostility towards things. (That is the simplest model for why the expressed hostility is there.)
