For one who believes that racism is powerful, widespread, and perpetuates without focus or discussion, I don't think your arguments here are particularly convincing.
The reason is that you seem to be naively saying, "Make race go away!" when the (perceived) reality is that racism is self-reinforcing unless people take active measures to oppose it.
If some active measures produce the wrong outcome, then perhaps the conclusion is not that being active doesn't work, but the specific measures are wrong.
So I think you need a more sophisticated argument if it's going to be convincing to more people than those who already agree with your perspective.
(The IAT result is inadequate because, firstly, the IAT is often confounded with other psychological effects (e.g. primacy), and secondly, the average results tend to suggest a problem even if there is a distribution.)
