Giving a single example doesn't disprove a general statement about a quantitative difference. My claim was of this sort.

You originally wrote more--perhaps too revealing--and I do want to say that I find individual racism profoundly disturbing (and individual compassion and nurturing highly inspiring) and have no doubt that individual racism can be highly damaging (this is also well-supported with evidence, if one needs to be convinced). This definitely needs to be addressed. The question at hand, though, was: how bad is it (i.e. how frequently is there a negative effect of what size)? (Also, what is the nature of it? And how can we improve it?)

But anyway, as it stands you didn't make an effective counterargument.
