Have you been paying any attention to the news at all, wherein Israel is both backing off to the point where a significant number of aid trucks are getting through (and they're happy to say so)? Have you noticed the multiple efforts underway from the U.S. and others to deliver food aid by sea or air, essentially circumventing Israel's control over the situation? And if you pay more attention, you'll also notice that almost everyone but the U.S. has restored funding to UNRWA.

There are multiple reasons to think the starvation may stop! But it's not assured that it will stop.

However, if you can't find reasons to think it may, you're either extremely biased or really not paying attention. It's all over the news and has been for at least a couple weeks!
