And it's just not true that feminist are the only ones who try to solve the problems which you conveniently keep forgetting that I acknowledge are problems, just not problems with ideology. NOW has generally taken a proactive legislative-heavy approach to addressing problems, which is part of the solution. Great!
But Elizabeth is also right that there's an awful lot of low-content sloganeering ("patriarchy!") under the banner of feminism that doesn't seem to serve any purpose except getting everyone angry at each other. This isn't addressing the problems. Arguably, it's making them worse. Not great!
