How does any part of what you said justify in any way taking one particular name and making that carry the weight of shame for actions for an entire race?

When you call out bad behavior by saying "she's a Karen" you're slandering all the Karens. So, yes, any time you do that and the woman's name isn't actually Karen, you're slandering them.
