Huh? When has Israel ever said that it would never touch Rafah? It's always said it's going to eradicate Hamas, and obviously it couldn't do that if Hamas could just run to Rafah and be safe forever.

Israel has told civilians to move from locations where it's executing its most intensive military actions, and Rafah has been safer (though not safe) than the areas Israel invaded so far.

Where's the lie?
