I am immune to tribes, and have no emotional hang-ups about telling "my tribe", whatever it is, that it's wrong (and why, in detail). I understand how to be polite, but almost everyone seems to find it very uncomfortable to objectively evaluate friends, family, colleagues, etc.. I don't.

I guess this makes me a supervillain instead of a superhero, though. Unless, of course, you actually want to be right. But who wants that? Together we stand, divided we fall, so let's stand together! Even if it's on top of a volcano that's about to erupt!
