I am kind of confused. You say subjective biases are kicking our asses. Okay, maybe they are! Let's hear!
Then you present a standard mid/far left-wing view on an issue.
Then you present another standard mid/far left-wing view on another issue.
And then: another standard mid/far left-wing view on another issue.
And finally, in case we didn't get the point: another standard mid/far left-wing view on another issue.
Are you sure you understand "subjective bias" and not just "the standard view of the progressive left"? I can't see any evidence of any awareness of any bias on your part at all. It seems a completely standard recitation of a common opinion among a decently large group of people.
Maybe, for example, you could give an example of being aware of the kind of bias that the progressive or far left tends to have? Otherwise, your conclusion, "Subjective bias is kicking our asses", just seems like an apt self-assessment on your part. I mean, it's not February any longer, and maybe that month is hard to remember...but pick another month? There was one pretty notable set of pessimistic opinions that a lot of left-leaning people expressed that got a stern rebuke from reality in February, but you could pick another situation from another month if you don't remember the one from February.
(You also reference science-based truth, but picked four situations were science-based truth was irrelevant to basically everything that happened--it was all focused on people's attitudes.)
