I asked two intimately related questions, and emphasized their intimate relationship by mirroring the phrasing.

You only answered one.

Now you call it moving the goalposts to want both?! That's where the goalposts always were--you just didn't aim for them.

Furthermore, you say I assume she was a great decolonizer when I document the decolonization (no assumption!) AND say she wasn't really responsible!

And after explaining why it is reasonable to have a negative attitude towards the monarchy-as-figurehead on the basis of what the country did, you somehow conclude that my answer was "she didn't have any real power".

I don't see how it's possible to have a discussion when the quality of discourse from your end is so low.
