I don't understand why you think it's important to defend the superficial stereotyping of people, without exceptions ("no good apples out there"), and then hating them for it ("make my blood boil").

You raise some good questions, but then state that you feel that answering them will justify this kind of speech. I wouldn't want to encourage such a vile outlook, so I suppose it's prudent for me to refrain.

The world needs more compassion for people as individuals, not more hatred of groups of people.
