I fear that her intentions are growing too intensely tribal to be called good any longer: good for my side, everyone else belongs in hell, is not really a good intention. But you can of course make your own determination.

I think most of the "not so benign" behavior of people comes out of some degree of sincerity and good intention, but applied in an antisocial rather than pro-social way.
