I fully support everyone getting the space they need to discuss those issues that they wish to discuss, and I also fully support elevating those discussions where the participants have more experience and qualifications and thus are more likely to contain interesting and valid observations and analysis.

To the extent that you do, I agree with you, and to the extent that you want people to go away because of various immutable characteristics they may possess, I disagree with you.
