I think from someone with your perspective--assuming you're not already convinced by medical authorities, experts commenting on Twitter (e.g. Eric Topol), or other careful third-party analysis (e.g. Slate Star Codex)--is finding someone whose thought processes you like, and then seeing what they've written.

So, in this case, my recommendation would be just to read what Shin Jie Yong has written on the topic. Why use an article recommended by him when you can just read what he's said on the topic?
