I think you've hit the nail on the head here--the house is on fire. It's half burned down at this point, even.

Economic inequality is immense and growing. Politics is completely dysfunctional. Trust in institutions is close to zero. Ideological animosity is sky-high.

We need to put out the fire and rebuild.

And I agree that anyone is an acceptable sacrifice to keep the tottering facade going, to keep those in power still in power, even if everything burns down in the end.

But.

You still choose to emphasize "WhiteNESS". Doesn't that sound a lot like, "hey, other tribe, we're gonna fight you!"?

Are you sure this is the right way to go if you think that "We have to help each other. We CAN help each other. We can learn to open our hearts to our neighbors that have long been closed."?

I'm not sure that going, "Hey, I'm going to take a prominent inborn characteristic some of you have and use that to denote poison and genocide and, yeah, you wanna join me?" is a winning strategy.

I am quite sympathetic to most of your points about community and resources and so on. I think there's a lot of truth to them, and a lot of insight in your post. And a lot of drive and character.

But the status quo thrives on discord, using tribal rivalry to cement the security of leaders on both sides. Seems to me like you might still be a little more caught in it still than you wish to be. It's really tough to get out of, granted. But I think there may be tactful ways to avoid making unnecessary enemies without giving up any of your principles.
