I wasn't going to call you out on this, but I already did elsewhere because your statement answered a question very clearly but I felt I also needed to clarify I didn't agree with some parts (i.e. this part). So it's only fair to do it in front of you too.
This time, I'll phrase it as a question.
Why can't we expect an overwhelming majority of mature adults to understand if they are inadvertently engaging in counterproductive, unfair, and/or socially destructive behavior and find better ways to express their legitimate needs and grievances?

(This doesn't mean that men shouldn't also both hold men accountable and provide positive feedback when other men behave in an upright fashion.)
