If it was Paul Sebastian, I don't think you can easily classify his behavior as having anything to do with male elitism. I'm not 100% sure he's even real, as opposed to a troll account run by a team with instructions to sow discord and confusion; there wasn't much consistency in what he said from post to post (aside from the attitude). But in my interactions with him, I didn't see anything substantial difference in behavior towards me (or other men with the "wrong" attitude) than towards you. He also managed to be incorrect about everything from orbital dynamics to cats' urine spraying.

Anyway, you certainly can't classify him as part of the elite because he's too inept to be part of the elite. He can mimic a small slice of the kind of disparaging elitist tone that you find from an actual misogynistic male member of the elite, but there's nothing behind it.
