I'm aware (despite having only read shorter pieces by Kendi, not any of his books).
My point was that the opposite--a measure that eliminates or phases out racial inequity between racial groups, regardless of intention--should be considered structurally anti-racist.
But while people love to talk about structural racism (especially when it comes to race-blind policies), I basically never hear about structural anti-racism (especially when it comes to race-blind policies).
Still, if structural racism is bad (and it's well-documented that in some cases it can be), structural anti-racism should be correspondingly good.
