It is actually inaccurate as far as it goes, unfortunately: it raises theoretically correct points that in practice are totally not the problem because reality and theory do not intermesh in such a way as to admit a large number of really good yet really different theories that explain reality. (Plus scientists are trained to look for the experiments or observations that explicitly cannot be explained by all theories under consideration.)
