It would be more convincing to onlookers if you explained why the quote is a misinterpretation, or gave other quotes that were clear. Like this one, from Critical Race Theory, 3rd ed (Delgado and Stefancic, 2017), p. 3, section "What Is Critical Race Theory?"

...critical race theory questions the very foundations of the liberal order, including equality theory, legal reasoning, Enlightenment rationalism, and neutral principles of constitutional law.

Maybe you had something else in mind? This is the very first description in the book.
