It won't make the claims any more or less correct, but if she wanted that audience only, it's how she could get it. (N.b. there are Facebook groups that are pretty close to this in principle, even if most of them technically allow non-women.)

Anyway, the point was that Toni stated that a certain thing meant one kind of contrast between men and women, so surely it's fair for anyone to speak up if they think that it meant something else. It's not changing the topic to men at all; it is exactly the topic Toni chose.
