It's really hard to make a case that Rowling's not been almost entirely reactionary here.

Not that being reactionary is good--the enemy of your enemy should not necessarily be your friend, especially when the enemy of your enemy is vile--but it seems strange to contrast Harris as reactionary with Rowling, because Rowling to me looks like the epitome of reactionary behavior.
