Leaving aside all the questionable methodology, (1) try counting to ten again, from the bottom and see how many blue states you find (hint--it's not one); and (2) the recommendation to move to a blue state seems entirely unjustified given your analysis because despite a slight trend at the extremes, you barely do better than picking randomly if you go for a blue state instead of a red one. Heck, "Move to Florida" is better advice, given your table, than "Move Blue"!
