Maybe you should expand on this? The report of the fraction of people uncomfortable with Haavisto's sexuality is fully consistent with the 3-point difference between them (e.g. https://www.hs.fi/politiikka/art-2000010201277.html). Unless there are a similar number of people who are voting for Haavisto specifically because he's gay, or the supposed 40% of people who gave it as a reason actually weren't very moved by that (despite Stubb generally having lower confidence in his ability among his own voters than Haavisto had among his), it seems like that was probably enough.
