Serious, long-term, chronic bullying is a huge problem. It's tragic when it happens to black kids, it's tragic when it happens to white kids, it's tragic when it happens to Latino kids, it's tragic when it happens to Asian kids...and it's tragic whether it happens within-race or cross-race.
