Nice try, but alas, the behavior of collective systems does not necessarily work that way.

For instance, it is entirely possible that racism is a system but the system is comprised of individually "failing" racist white people who all benefit "materially or spiritually" from racism.

So you can, theoretically, have your cake and eat it too: it's all racism everywhere all the time. (To use a phrase that is suddenly very popular.)
