No, but neither has it put much emphasis on how to find and be a good partner, in contrast to the cultural norms it sought to replace, where that was a major concern.
So it could be a reasonable criticism, if made properly. Obviously there were some huge problems with pre-feminism cultural norms trapping women in abusive or unfulfilling relationships, but it is still reasonable to hold the attitude of, "You saved me from that but it wasn't enough; I needed help. This is hard. I can't do it without help. You could have helped! Why didn't you help?"
One could praise libertarianism from freeing one from an authoritarian dictatorship, but still want publicly-funded health-care.
