Only barely not starving, with substantial malnutrition, is too low of a bar.
I do agree that at this point Israel can't do very much more than it has, but that does not absolve it from the extremely predictable consequences of its past actions.
One both should acknowledge that (1) large numbers of Gazans are not dying to famine--could be worse!--but also (2) Israel's policies for the first 6 months of the war contributed to extreme food insecurity for the population of Gaza save for Hamas (who at that point also had all the food stores).
