Robin DiAngelo is a "Whiteness scholar" and her field is "Whiteness studies", not "Critical Race Theory".
In the loose definition the two have become conflated, but it's very much worth pointing out that there was a good while where CRT was one thing, and the kind of attitude DiAngelo promulgates was another. (Edit — it is also true that CRT scholars tend to recognize Whiteness studies as an intellectual offshoot, e.g. Delgado & Stefancic p. 85, so in the loose definition it’s well-justified to include both.)
My impression is that most of the attitudes you object to have come from Whiteness studies.
