Speaking of evidence, could you perhaps point to more evidence for the tenets of Critical Race Theory?

For example, for tenet two (systemic racism), someone could just point to race being a protected class in employment law and have given more evidence that the tenet is wrong than you gave in its favor.

For tenet three (zero sum gain), they could point to the idea that a large middle class is good for everyone as it causes a more affluent society. Or they could play the model minority card, indicating the parts of America that were built on the backs of Asian labor...and yet Asians seem accepted these days. Again, that would be more evidence than you gave.

Now, I don't happen to think those tiny snippets of evidence are remotely conclusive. And I do think you're quite right to ask people who deny parts of it to justify their beliefs with evidence. But it's good to lead by example, don't you think?
