Strange, I didn't notice that at all. Can you be more explicit about how Dave's writing "argues a position undergirded by a pseudoscience of biogenetic intellectual inferiority in black people"?

I had thought he was arguing the opposite--that allowing ideas like this to flourish unchallenged at the individual level was one of the key drawbacks of what he is calling "CRT".

Maybe I'm projecting an attitude he didn't actaully express as such, or maybe I'm overlooking some subtext that makes this clear. But you might also have heard some arguments with similarities to his, and just assumed that he agreed with all the rest that went along with it, despite him not saying it.

So, if you don't mind too much, could you clarify?
