Suppose that there exists a classical liberal who desires equal opportunity and treatment for all, and they read the studies and accept fully that black women receive unequal medical treatment and donate to organizations that seek to equalize treatment. But on a personal level they interact with everyone as individuals, not as an embodiment of stereotypes of each category to which they belong.

Is this individual ignoring the reality of healthcare for black women?

If this person says "I don't see race" or "I am race-neutral" is it badly misleading?

What should they say instead?

Is it morally wrong? If so, how should they act instead?
