Sure, you could mark Ibn Sina as part of the Islamic Enlightenment. But Al-Ghazali killed it with the same kind of logic (correct, but with a proffered alternative that was ultimately anti-discovery, anti-intellectual, and pro-dogma) that the postmodernists used to kill positivism, and there was no re-enlightenment nor a robust enough alternative intellectual tradition.
