But it doesn't support your point. You just switched the burden of proof.

You said (but emphasis mine in the quote), "Trans people literally are excluded from equitable competition in some sports on the basis that they are trans *alone* - entirely disregarding the material effects of transition. "

They say, on page 4, "There is limited evidence regarding the impact of testosterone suppression (through, for example, gender-affirming hormone therapy or surgical gonad removal) on transgender women athletes’ performance."

On page 27 they summarize again, "There seems to be agreement among biologically based studies that we do not have the appropriate data or research to make evidence-based recommendations or decisions."

You should make the correct claim up front: entirely neglecting to demonstrate a significant advantage after transition.

You wrongly imply that the answer is known ("disregarding the material effects of transition").
