That's what I would have thought.
Oregon wants to teach this in sixth grade. I'm not sure whether they actually are, but they've published the guidelines. (Check out 3rd grade, too: https://www.oregon.gov/ode/educator-resources/standards/socialsciences/Documents/Ethnic%20Studies%20Webpage%20Communication.pdf)
So I think the claim that CRT "is not being taught in K-12" is wrong in essence.
We should instead be talking about whether it's a good idea, how much it's being taught, how CRTish it is, what name to give it if not CRT (anti-racism is probably not enough because there are non-CRT-like ways to do anti-racism e.g. like California's ethnic studies mostly are doing: heavily focused on triumphs over injustice and accomplishments of diverse peoples), what topics and presentations of those topics are age-appropriate, and so on. Flat-out denying that it's happening just doesn't seem accurate.
