The "eat less" part is really hard to accomplish, though. Satiety management is really the key: if you feel hungry, it's hard to not eat (or not eat more). The primary question--and it's not an easy one to answer--is "how can I change what and/or when I eat so I feel more full while consuming the same number of calories".
