The experience you went through sounds really rotten--I'm very sorry.
But when you base compassion on performative justice signaling and an epistemology pragmatically indistinguishable from nihilism, things can go wrong. Badly wrong.
You can try to shoo the "wrong people" away from wokeness, but it probably won't work.
Actual compassion and/or consideration of your situation is found in people who see you as you, not as a convergence of identity groups that place you atop the inverted power hierarchy of anti-oppression social justice activism.
I hope you've found a better living situation where either you aren't dependent on anyone for your safety and well-being, or where those you depend on are invested in your safety and well-being as you.
